MERMAID GOLD | NECKLACE

The mermaid is the centre piece of the collection. Torso and tail have intricate detail. She has lost her head, as many wild women do from time to time, and protects us from the tossing waters of life. 

She came to life after being carved in wax by a London jewellery artist, and then cast in bronze with the ancient lost-wax carving technique. Her bronze body has been plated with 3μm 22kt gold.
